Dryer Mounting Options:
- Standard Arch Mount: Sturdy, all-aluminum tube arch is floor-mounted either in an interior or exterior bay location with hardware provided. Arch allows for producer position adjustment and an optional fiberglass cover header with custom graphics. Standard arch is a bare aluminum arch or select upgrade powder-coated colors: white, black, gray, blue, red, or yellow. Dimensions: H 8’6″ W 10’2″ top bar, horizontal section W 11’8″ outer leg span.
- Interior Wall Mount: Heavy-gauge horizontal aluminum beam (5″ x 3″) and wall mount brackets. Highly stable and simple method accommodates all producer and blower configurations. Standard beam is bare aluminum or select upgrade powder coat colors: white, black, gray, blue, red, or yellow. Comes with 6 square washers for wall-mount and u-bolts to secure the beam to the brackets. Can be fitted with an optional fiberglass cover header with custom graphics.
- Exterior Wall Mount: Heavy gauge horizontal aluminum beam (5″ x 3″) will be 2’3″ longer than documented door width with triangular wall mount brackets. Comes with square washers for wall mount and U-bolts to secure the beam to the brackets. Standard beam and brackets are bare aluminum or select upgrade powder coat colors: white, black, gray, blue, red, or yellow. Can be fitted with an optional fiberglass cover header with custom graphics.
Producers
Select from 10Hp or 15HP Premier Producers in single (left, right, center) and dual (center) configurations. Center position producers may be upgraded to oscillating. Powerful motors and durable polymer housings available in choice of granite grey, blue, red, yellow, green, or black.Blower Nozzle Options:
- Elephant Trunks: This popular option for side producers features six soft yet durable, semi-flexible blower tubes per unit, allowing for close-up air drying without the risk of vehicle damage.
- Air Knife Nozzle: Air knife nozzle option for side producers focuses the blower airstream for concentrated drying power.
Palm Dryers

Eliminate tangled hoses with heavy-duty stainless steel D&S booms. Highly durable yet also flexible enough to allow booms to bend and prolong hose life. Sealed bearings for smooth swivel. Boom reach is 5′ with 3/8″ wire braid hose end section. Booms sold individually. For dual booms, order 2 + Dual Bracket.
Choose our most popular, high-pressure spray components for your self-serve bays. Start with a well-crafted 10 GPM trigger gun and our insulated 18″ blue wand and matching 12′ blue comfort hose. Add a spray nozzle with a tip protector.
The best way to keep your bay litter-free! Sturdy, steel receptacles with the familiar graphic are a cost-effective weapon in the battle against trash build-up.
