Leadership Update Overview

D&S Car Wash Supply, a leading manufacturer of innovative car wash systems and the parent company of WashCard Systems, is excited to announce an important update to its executive leadership team.

Effective October 1, 2025, Ryan Beaty will join D&S Car Wash Supply as President, with a planned transition to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on January 1, 2026. Current CEO, Dave Smith, will continue to lead D&S through the fourth quarter of 2025 before moving into his new role as Executive Chairman effective January 1.

Ryan’s leadership is grounded in a deep understanding of both the operator and manufacturer perspectives. His experience working with equipment suppliers, distributors, and large-scale operators means he knows the challenges car wash owners face firsthand — from scaling operations to improving customer experience.

Welcoming a Seasoned Industry Leader

Beaty brings with him nearly 25 years of car wash industry experience and a proven record of driving growth and innovation. He has held leadership roles at Carson Oil Company and Mark VII Equipment, and most recently served with B3 Wash Concepts, advising a large convenience store operator with more than 500 wash locations.

In addition, Beaty has been a member of the D&S Board of Directors since 2024, giving him unique insight into the company’s operations, culture, and opportunities for growth. He holds a degree from Ferris State University and currently resides in Carefree, Arizona.
